Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. Late or overdue payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding amounts are paid.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, all content, designs, software, source materials, concepts, and other work products developed by About Digital remain the property of About Digital until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the applicable final deliverables will be transferred to the client as specified in the applicable agreement. About Digital retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, processes, know-how, and reusable components.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, access credentials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

Any delay caused by the client, including delayed approvals, missing content, or failure to provide required information or access, may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, About Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

About Digital is also not responsible for interruptions, changes, suspension, or failures caused by third-party platforms or service providers, including Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, software platforms, or other external services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement.

About Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services where a client materially breaches these Terms, fails to make required payments, engages in unlawful activity, or misuses our services.

Any outstanding amounts for services provided before termination remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the province or territory of Canada in which About Digital is legally registered and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the applicable courts and jurisdiction of that province or territory.

8. Changes to These Terms

About Digital reserves the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when posted on our website, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
